All costs shown below are inclusive of GST. The early-bird price applies only to bookings received 2 weeks or more before the commencement date of a course. The full-time-student price will apply only if you provide evidence of a current enrolment (by, for example, faxing us a copy of your student card once you have made your booking). Members of ASTC or TCANZ should provide their membership number to gain the student-discount rate.

Payment and cancellation policy

• Payment can be made by cheque, credit card (Visa or MasterCard) or by direct credit.
• Payments by cheque or credit card will be debited no earlier than 3 weeks before the course start date.
• To protect clients from on-line fraud, payments cannot be made from this website. If you book from this website, you will be sent a tax invoice. That invoice will explain how payments can be made.
• Bookings and payments can also be made using the appropriate course brochure. A list of downloadable brochures is provided at the top of this page.
• If your course is being paid for by your employer or other organisation, make sure you specify the name of your employer (or other organisation) when you make your booking.
• To secure your place in the course, your tax invoice must be paid no later than 7 calendar days before the course start date.
• Cancellations: Full refund if you cancel with at least 10 days notice; no refund if you cancel with less than 5 days notice; otherwise 50% refund.
