To book
You can book a course by:

• completing the online booking form below
• calling 1800 601 116 (a free call) or
• downloading the appropriate brochure and posting, emailing or faxing back your details.

We will send you a tax invoice. The invoice must be paid no later than 7 days before the the scheduled start date of the course. (You can pay by cheque, EFT, MasterCard, Visa or AMEX.)

All costs shown below are inclusive of GST.

The early-bird price applies only to bookings received 2 weeks or more before the commencement date of a course (unless shown otherwise). The special price is offered to full-time students and holders of a current concession card.

Payment and cancellation policy

• The early-bird price applies only to bookings received 2 weeks or more before the commencement date of a course (unless shown otherwise). The special price is offered to full-time students and holders of a current concession card.
• Payment can be made by cheque, credit card (AMEX, Visa or MasterCard) or by direct credit. Note: a credit card payment will attract a 1.5% processing fee.
• To protect clients from on-line fraud, payments cannot be made from this website. If you book from this website, you will be sent a tax invoice. That invoice will explain how payments can be made.
• Bookings and payments can also be made using the appropriate course brochure. A list of downloadable brochures is provided at the top of this page.
• If your course is being paid for by your employer or other organisation, make sure you specify the name of your employer (or other organisation) when you make your booking.
• To secure your place in the course, your tax invoice must be paid no later than 7 calendar days before the course start date.
• Cancellations: Full refund if you cancel with at least 10 days notice; no refund if you cancel with less than 5 days notice; otherwise 50% refund.
